      I think that it has a lot to do with the amount of exposure one has and 
  the area in which one lives. I live in Tampa, the second largest 
  metropolitan area in the state of Florida. We have quite a diverse culture 
  and a pretty transient population. we may have more access issues because of 
  these factors. Remember that the law is on your side and so are we!

  refer the person to the hotline. If you need us to mediate an issue, we are
