I use a toileting harness for Zeb because he travels when he goes making 
it difficult to clean up.  Since I live in a city if you get caught you 
can be fined if the area isn't clean. This is the first time for getting 
and having one of these and for Zeb it works great.  I know in the 
wintertime it's going to help a lot.  gdb gave me one but they only give 
them out to students if you have an alternate disability where you can't 
clean up or if your dog is a traveler when he or she goes or if the dog 
eats stool or something.  While in class I tried relieving zeb on short 
leash but he wouldn't go.  He does now though which helps a lot.
