Hi all,

I can't help laughing when I read the stories of our canine partners who 
want to spread the wealth when they take their busy walks in the back yard, 
or those others who make a B-line for Starbucks.

My dogs, especially the late Wilson and now Alvin, have been coffee hounds. 
Could that be because we live in Seattle?  Wonder if there's maybe an 
advertising contract potential here somewhere?  For those of you who shake 
their heads at my guidework skills when my dog makes a sharp right toward 
that Starbucks or Tully's entrance, all I have to do is say, "Not today, 
Love," and he goes, "Aw shucks," and gets right back on course.

Then there's that other kind of travelin.  Sort of gives new meaning to the 
phrase, "going behind your back," doesn't it?

What does the melody, dot  dot dot dot dot  daah daah daah, immortalized by 
Johnny Cash,  bring to mind?
