[nagdu] Issue with guide dog in training and puppy raiserathotel in GA

Yeah, then the next step could be a boycott of these Scottish Inns until 
they agree to follow the law in access for service dogs!

I wouldn't even want to stay at a place that responds by rudely hanging up 
on you!
