Sic 'em! Good boy! /evil grin/ This is why we need collective activism.
Getting legal recourse is just too expensive and too draining for an
individual, but when we take on these law breakers together...

Boycotts are an alternative, but not as effective as a good attorney and
lawsuit.  Also, I think publication helps and if there's a legal case
involved, then that gets the point across that this is not only not
okay, but downright illegal.

Huh.  I seem to have woken up militant today. /grin/
