Subject: Re: [nagdu] NFB Convention Guide Dog Policy

My question is, if people choose to leave dogs in the room, and if
dogs bark, why can't it be dealt with as it would if it were any other
dog, at any other conference? E.g. the handler asked, by hotel staff,
to leave the hotel for disturbing the people? Why must everyone else
be "punished" when they aren't guilty? If a dog barks, why can't it
be dealt with between the person and the hotel?
