Passel, I agree with what Traci said. Give it a shot. You'll get the, Wow 
Factor. The Wow Factor is a response we get when we do things the general 
public doesn't expect from us. Yeah, Passel, that includes sharing your cell 
phone images. I'd still suggest you also try working with the police. This 
is good for a number of reasons. It would be ideal to be able to approach 
the media and let them know how helpful the police has tried to be, or the 
reverse.
