aaaaaaaahhhh! I hate being the one coming along after an assistance  
dog handler who has flashed their ID and who has misinformed the  
business owner/employee about the law.  It is a huge pain in the  
buttocks.
I really need to get some of those cards from sitstay.
Thank you for taking the time to educate that lady.  Hopefully she got  
it.
