[nagdu] Jogging with my dog

I don't know where I read that, and maybe it isn't true, but I did read it somewhere. I don't think I could get my dog to guide when I was jogging. When he is in a new place, he might for a while, but a familiar one, forget it. He's bored.

It's been probably a year since I tried it with Monty, but he just walks faster. His gait doesn't change into a gallop or run. He's very tall though, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Also if you are going really long distances, jogging on something other than pavement would probably be best. As for the guiding part, if you are jogging on a smooth, clear pathway meant for jogging, the dog should be able to guide you safely.

I am jogging with a human to help me with it because it makes more sense. Our strides would be more conversant with one another.
