Thanks to everyone for the well wishes.
Cindy, Monty is 4 now.  Can you believe it?  Still fairly young, but I 
think we may have finally left puppy hood behind.  Maybe, I'm not 
sure...he still has his moments!
I think the transition to the new work has gone as well as it has 
because of Monty's love of learning.   I hope it continues to go well.
