Hi, Tami,
I had a really good mobility instructor named Jadwiga Brown through Denver 
Vocational Rehabilitation agency here in Denver, Colorado.
She was a great instructor and also had experience with guide dog handlers 
since she attended seminars and even worked a practice dog at GDB.
Jadwiga honestly told me that it really shouldn't matter what training 
agency you decide to go through as long as you're happy and satisfied with 
your wishes.
