Hi, Larry,
I do agree that calmness will always get you one step further and what type 
of goal you're going for.
I've able to do this with the current counselor, but couldn't do it for the 
others who shot me down.
My current counselor, Richele Pennock is also pushing me to get my next 
successor dog.
I figured what helpped me out most was having my husband Dale go with me to 
the very first appointment/meeting.
Now, I can do more on my behalf and keep it going.
