If you are interested, you can try the chewable peptal bismal tablets that 
you can break into four pieces.
The trick with that though is the dry food needs to soak for thirty minutes 
and so the meds would be able to dissolve.
I've had to do that plenty of times with Odie and less stress for both of 
us.
