hi, Chantel and others,
Depending on the style of the push cane, some may have plastic round wheels 
while others just have thin metal plates on the bottom.
All the push canes are made from PBC piping so they don't become damaged 
easily and can handle all types of weather situations.
No, they don't melt in extensive hot temps either.
I actually tried one out during a video session and it was fun and a good 
learning experience.
If I could, I'd gladly love to do it again.
