That's true.
I know of one individual who lives in Pennsylvania, but close to upper New 
York.
He was able to have Freedom Guide dogs go out to his home and train him 
there.
Another Freedom Guide Dogs grads who is on another guide dog list lives in 
upper New York and they came to her.
Am not sure how long it takes to have them come out to residents in their 
area for home training.
For someone like me in Colorado though, no, they wouldn't come out to me to 
train a dog.
