This is Bibi, another Pilot grad.
You are given ownership of your dog and yes, the school has an veternarian
allowance program to help cover the cost of vet bills.
As for transportation, yes, they provide it free of charge by flying you out
there directly and then back home after training.

Also to give you a heads up, the web site is out of date as they haven't
