yousendit.com or Dropbox.com and then send the link for the file to us. 

A DVD is best though so I'm glad you could get it recorded.

attachment to an email?

Dear all,
I finally was able to get a friend to record me walking for my school
application to GDF. She used her digital camera, and then it was
transferred to my computer. However, when I went to burn it onto a CD
to mail off to GDF, I was informed by my computer that the file is too
large for a DVD. What, then, is the best way to send this video of
myself to the school? Any suggestions would be appreciated. The file,
according to my computer, is 1.6 megabytes in size.
