[nagdu] guide dog schools

[Margo and Arrow]

The Seeing Eye offers vet help in various forms, has follow-up.  We do won 
our dogs from the day we leave the school.  Hannah, I know that's not what 
you want or you don't want complete ownership, but, those of us who 
experience ownership don't lose the benefits, the follow-up is still there 
when we need help either by phone or a visit, etc.
