[nagdu] Guide dog attacked; Owner needs help with needed surgery

Well yes the people that owned the dogs that attacked the guide dog should
pay but by the time that this is said and done could be months and years,
like Marion mentioned. Something needs to be in place immediately.

There is health insurance for us, and then we can sue the people that attack
us, but what about our dogs. Not many states offer pet insurance, and it is
expensive.

Just some thoughts on the subject.
