[nagdu] School Applications

Oh yeah, I had forgotten about that little issue with GDD, that they couldn't afford to fly clients there. Since I live in Vancouver I had figured I could have got a lion's club to help. We often have pretty cheap flights to GDD. Besides having poodles, what appealed to me was that it wwas a small school.

Hopefully I'm many years away from having to have to find a school for poodles. Bogart seems to be surviving his first real illness. He's been on his meds for a day and a half now. He didn't do a number 2 at all yesterday so I was expecting to be woken up during the night to go out. I heard him whining around 4am so jumped out of bed, threw on some clothes and got him outside. We had a brisk walk and he finally did a #2. It wasn't quite solid yet but it was a far cry from what had come out of him last thursday and friday, let alone just yellow fluid on the weekend. He was so pleased to have an almost normal pooh you could tell. He was bouncing around playing with his leash, leaning on me and rrubbing his face aginst my leg (poodles signs of affection for certain) The neat thing about dogs is once they sstart getting better they seem to forget they were ever sick and are back to bouncing around. He's still pretty worn out which I can tell by how quickly he went to his bed at work but considering he lost about 5 pounds in a week no doubt he will take a bit of time to get back up to full speed.
