Hi, Chantel,
You can tell Pilot what type of dog you'd like to have and ask that the dog 
has a gentle pull instead of a hard one.
I'm sure they'll take that into consideration.
Back when Odie was really yung, he did have a hard pull, but he eventually 
learned my pace and settled down quite a bit.
He also had to get used to the days when I could go fast or had to slow 
down.
Thankfully, Odie has patience and was willing to take whatever change lie 
ahead of both of us.
