Bibi,
It sounds like you are on the right track. As I understand it -- and I
don't always -- the FHA would apply. Again as I understand it, The FHA
would cover HUD, too... Only I'm going to leave it to the legal eagles
and experts to take it from there, since I am for all intents and
purposes, clueless.

Well, I am hoping that these things go more by the book in Colorado than
they do in Oregon...
