No I don't know when that would have been. Actually, TSE may have suggested that you go sighted guide. Not sure in recollection that they actually said specifically a boy scout, but at conventions there were lots of troops available to serve people when they needed to move about the convention hall, and many of the volunteers in those days were boy scouts. I first went there to TSE in 1989, and as I look back TSE probably said sighted guide.
