First of all, do you know this man personally? Is he a friend or acquaintance? If not, I'm not really sure what there is to be done. We are all adults, and responsible for ourselves. I don't think we need to be policing one another. If it's someone I know, and someone expresses concern, I would bring it up, but I wouldn't hunt down a stranger and talk to them about their street crossing skills.
