Cindy, the driver simply asked me if I knew this gentleman as he was
concerned about what he saw and yes, they have seen (they meaning other
drivers), these similar types of incidents.

Do you have any idea what he wanted you to do? I would want to learn more
about the incident. How often does it happen? How does the person react when
someone comes to help? I think I would probably let the person know what I
had been told and ask if I could help if the information I received seemed
to lead that direction.
