[nagdu] What would you do?

He was told about it because he is blind and uses a dog. This happens all of the time. I think it is likely safe to assume that said gentleman wasn't longing to be out in the middle of traffic wandering around or whatever he was doing. And even if he was, it is an abnormal behavior and would bear looking into. So if a concerned citizen such as a bus driver sees another blind guy with a dog, his natural reaction, right or wrong, is to tell him. And because we are a small community, and because such things seem to reflect upon us whether right or wrong, we feel the need to help. Also, we don't really want to hear about a blind guy being creamed because he was wandering in the traffic. For me, out of compassion, if I hear this story, I feel a need to find some way to help that won't at the same time be offensive. That might end up being a fine line.
