When I came home with Motley, Pilot's director of training took me and we
worked here in my area.

Marsha, I appreciate your perspective. I too am not interested in
relentless negativity. We would all have to try hard to stay calm.

The story Laurel tells seems, at least in part, to be one of not getting
effective follow-up. That is useful to know. In a recent example, Daniel
in Colorado had a lot of trouble getting effective follow-up from Leader,
but Steve in Wisconsin got excellent follow-up from them. Knowing this,
if I were considering applying to Leader, I'd probably ask them what kind
of follow-up I could expect, living in X. Then I could decide if that was
acceptable, or if I should apply elsewhere. I have an impression that
Pilot only offers phone follow-up. That too would be useful for
prospective applicants to know.
If enough people ask questions about something, it might change a school's
practices.
Knowledge is power, as they say.
Tracy
