[nagdu] an update on my friend

When I contact folks offlist, I iether invite them to write me or ask if I 
can write them.  I figure that some things may go off topic or maybe I just 
like hearing from them!  As far as I know I've never blasted someone 
offlist.  Fortunately, I think you can block those who you don't desire to 
hear from!
