[nagdu] Retaliation? was: I need some advice/help

I think that most schools want feedback from their graduates - the good and 
the bad - so they can know how they are doing and what can be changed or 
not.  I know that The Seeing Eye has changed policies based on the feedback 
it got from its graduates.

I think that there can be good productive discussions about our schools 
without flaming or bashing them.  It's called "constructive criticism" or a 
critique.  This is good and needed in order for companies or guide dog 
school to provide good customer service.

Flaming and bashing serves no purpose other than to be nasty.  It doesn't 
help fix problems in any constructive way.  I have never experienced a 
school that tried to intiminate me at all.  Maybe I don't intimidate that 
easily - LOL - and I always have spoken my views freely.

I find that bullies will seek out the folks who get intiminated easily and I 
have seen this in action alot.  Schools are made up of people and if they 
have bullies on their staffs, well, I'll have nothing to do with them. 
Bottom line with me is that I be treated with respect and I treat others 
with the same respect.
