[nagdu] attending The Seeing Eye

Cindy, they do.  My girlfriend just got her guide from TSE about a year ago,
and they did send her luggage tags.  I am not sure how many other schools do
this, but I did just get mine about a month ago from Leader Dog as I prepare
to go back and get my replacement.
