[nagdu] Doggie Paws

Is it possible to sit in a desk along the wall?  Can you have her lay 
down with her paws pointing towards whichever side has less foot 
traffic?  I have also used my foot as a buffer before by tucking the 
dog's paws next to my foot so they can not stretch out as much.  I'm not 
sure that makes sense.
