[nagdu] The further adventures of Bixby and I.

Well, folks, I've barely been here two weeks and already have Bixby acting
like a prince. LOL! He's beginning to act, just the tiniest bit, like baby
carrots and ice cubes are an entitlement and not a privilege. By that I mean
he's there, watching me or April (my fiancee) and looking cute any time we
open the freezer/refrigerator. Hahahaha.

Well, I had a talk with him and now he just watches from his quilt, in front
of the couch, in the living room but doesn't get up and go to the kitchen.
So, I think we're getting that straightened out.

Speaking of his cuteness, Bixby has a trick up his proverbial sleeve I
didn't know about. Call us crazy, but my fiancee swears that Bixby winks at
her, especially when he wants something. Oh, and of course, he has one more
person to try and con on a regular basis now that I am living with April.
She spoiled him just a tad to make the move easier to deal with but she
fully realizes she needs to back off on that now.

Otherwise? I have to say, all things considered, Bixby handled the move much
like I knew he would.like a dazzling pro. He was confused an anxious for a
while, but once the routine was reestablished, he was fine. He's even
started showing me when he needs to go out, which he didn't really do for
the longest time, or if he did, I was too dense to realize it.
