[nagdu] Guide Dog School Losing Paperwork

Since I am aware of which school she is referring to, I was a little annoyed that they again misplaced paperwork that I sent to the school about Maxx's annual paperwork from the vet, seems they couldn't find it again, and had to contact me about it as well.
Wasn't happy when this recently happened.
