Well, the issue is in your home environment.  could you get someone to video 
you and send that to the school?  It's one thing to work on the school's 
turf, but you've got to work in your own area and that can't be done if 
you're exchanging phone calls or emails.  It's good that they're helping, 
but long distance help might not be enough.  I hope you can get this 
resolved soon.
