Seems a real simple solution here, in fact there are several but the most 
practical is likely to discuss this with the administration.  Obviously, 
this pathetic slim bucket is hassling you deliberately.  I suspect that 
other class members are seeing this as well, unless that class consists of a 
whole lot of sickos which I seriously doubt.

Of course, there are other less graceful strategies depending on one's size 
and abilities:

1.  As the dweeb passes, trip him.  The excuse; sorry, being blind I didn't 
see you coming.

2.  Likely related to number 1; walk past him closely, bumping and 
scattering stacks of his heavy books, notes, Ipad, etc.

3.  A poke in the bum with a stylus produces amazing results.
