Nor have I.  Holly just strains and sometimes whines or lets out a bark. 
Usually strains though.  In harrness, she doesn't do it as much as out of 
harrness though.  Pilot uses leave it!  I don't recall, quiet.  I will speak 
Holly's name if she barks at the door and she only barks once or twice.
