Yes, this can be tricky. GDB does train with food. The idea is to use it as 
an occasional distraction or reward. Some people just use kibble, but I use 
treats because I want it to be a little more enticing than the regular food, 
and I do not like the greasy dog food on my hands. I think that the brand 
that I use is Charlie Bear, or something like that. They look like oyster 
crackers.
