[nagdu] amusement parks?

Chantel,
    I'm not really sure what your question is? In one way, I wanted to say,
"Pay your admission and enjoy yourself!" Amusement parks are specifically
mentioned as a public accommodation and, as such, a covered entity in
Section 301 of the ADA (42 USC 12181(7).

(I) a park, zoo, amusement park, or other place of recreation;

Places of public accommodation are required to modify their policies,
practices, and procedures to allow a person with a disability the full and
equal enjoyment of their goods and services, including the use of a guide
dog.

    Now, if you are asking how to ride the rides, you might either have
someone you trust care for your dog while riding the rides (I know roller
coasters scare the heck out of my dog!) or kennel it. Public accommmodations
may charge you for kennelling your dog. They are not required to waive these
fees. HTH!

Fraternally yours,

Marion Gwizdala
