Margo,
When did Arrow have his tail amputated???  I think he had a long tail when 
we met you a couple of years ago in San diego at the Center for the Blind 
here.

I once met a Lab who had the same thing done and he was no worse for wear - 
he wagged his butt!  Did Arrow get his tail caught in the door or another 
injury?  Poor pup!
