Hi Rhonda:

I have two tips. I am taking Bogart to London for the Paralympics so had to figure out how to do this. The first person I talked to was my vet. They gave me a website to check out about what was required to take a dog to the UK. I also checked in with the guide dog school there for any assistance they could provide.

So first, talk to your vet. Second, google taking a dog to the netherlands and also google guide dog schools netherlands. 

That should give you a good place to start. The biggest problem I had with the UK was that I couldn't bring Bogart's dog food or treats with me. So I had to arrange to get food shipped to my hotel where I'm going to be staying. That was causing me some problmes until my brain finally kicked in and I realized the dog food I use is made in Canada. So I called them and they were able to put me into contact with the UK  distributer and we got everything set up.
