[nagdu] Ismael not doing things right

I have to go no mail soon, and am playing catch-up, but I agree. The child is in her family, so TSE needs to work with her based on her particular needs, which includes the child.

I may be a grad of TSE, but I am not so loyal as to believe that sometimes they dig intheir heels. Be firm, and insist on a visit.

Right, but Seeing Eye's suggestion that she not have her kid with her while this is being resolved is untennable. The kid is little so she can't just leave him home unless she's got someone who can look after him. And presumably she likes her kid, so likes having him with her. If that's the solution Seeing Eye has, then no thanks on that dog.

I think that TSE did not suggest that she not bring her son with her; I think their suggestion may have been for a little while to work through the problem. I think the first mistake I made with my first dog was that I expected that it was here for a reason, therefore, it must do everything right immediately. I think if that doesn't happen really soon, then the dog is for sure not the one for me. But I do think that TSE needs to get on out there post haste.

And you need to tell them that the suggestion of not having your son with you is untenable, you're a mom first and foremost. Nobody else would use a product designed to make their life easier if they were told "Don't have your kid with you when you use it".
