[nagdu] Guide dog use in countries other than the U.S.

 hi all. when i traveled to holland.
 my friend bianca, had to use her guide dog, and also keep her cane with her at all times.
 it is vary different there.
 there are pools in the middle of the sidewalks.
 and  it is a nice place to visit.
