Hi Dar and all,

I just received an email about the unfortunate and disconcerting accident
involving your friends. The email was sent from a concerned FLAGDU Board
member who is also a member of the deaf-blind group to which Art and Linda
belong. I will be following up with this couple, who are, as is so often the
case, victims of ignorance of the laws which are supposed to serve us. I'll
keep you posted.

Hi there,
I got a message on a list I work, where the lady and her husband got
hit by a car yesterday,
the teen was 17 he wasn't drinking that much so they didn't take him to
jail.
the husband has a broken foot, she is badly bruised.
her dogs ribs are bruised, and his dog just got spooked.
They both held on to the dogs, so they all stayed together.
linda and Art are on many lists,
I so hope they press charges.
this can happen to any of us, do stay safe out there as best as you can.
No matter how we try, there will be a person who is under something.
Drinking or anything that would cause them not to be alert.
When I learn more I will share.
I just pray the dogs will keep working.
I sure can see why they would be afraid.
I hope they contact the school and have an instructor come out and help
both of them.
