Mira in Canada does. I think they also have a branch here in the U.S.
My vote is that the girl is seven. She's far too young for a dog from an emotional and mental standpoint. She needs to be a kid first and not concern herself with the literal care and feeding of a dog.

Subject: [nagdu] guide dog question for a 7 year old girl

Hello,

A friend wants to know if there are any dog guide schools who will train a blind 7 year girl. She uses her white cane very well. I told that I thought the girl was too young. Please give me your advice.

Thank you,

Passle
