Welcome, Eve,
Glad your Golden is working out well for you. You're right, it isn't the
school because dogs are dogs no matter what school it is. I've had eight
dogs and some had early retirements because they weren't right for me or
right for the job. It happens.

I'm working a Golden/Lab mix from the Seeing Eye and he is number 8 for me.
Now, he and I match - both red haired! LOL! Landon and I do pet assisted
therapy at ouor local Humane Society and enjoy it alot. Landon is now 7
years old. We live in sunny, and not so warm now, San Diego. I'm glad for
the cool weather after the long hot summer we had.

This is a good list with so many people who range in newbies to very long
time guide dog users. We are always ready and willing to help out those who
need help and advice and support. Enjoy the list.

Have a Happy new Year.

Lyn and Landon
