Hi Sheila I totally agree with you in regards to Hannah keeping your dog in harness at all times. This way she has complete control of her dog. When I flew home with Gipp from LeaderDogs, I also keep Gipp in harness at all times. This way I had complete total control of my dog at all times. Take care. Lori and theGipper
