Hi, Brenda,
I can understand how you feel as I have a hard time interpeting articles 
when hearing the piece through JAWS directly.
Since there's no difference of the voice within the article itself and 
everything seems all in the same tone depending on what speech symphosizer 
is being used, it does get more dificult.
Although the whole article is there, I find that at times it all may not 
make any sense one bit.
I'm probably not making any sense already, but can feel how you feel 
directly.
