I apologize to the list for this but I feel the need to make a few
things clear to the list moderator since she has cut me down and
disrespected me by calling me a lyre and fool on a national list.

first my signature says "Bobby Julie, if you chose to keep using Robert
I'll just ignore your post.

Second, if you want to take your harness and leash off at an airport
where there are a million different things that can be going on, more
power to you and hope you won't mind paying for any damage caused by
your insistence to do what ever you want and when ever you want. Respect
equals respect, common sense equals common sense

Finally Julie J, per several of your responses to me, I'm so glad your
soooo much smarter and better then me. My 30 years+ as a dog guide user,
24+ years of employment at the same place and my high honors degree and
working with many many different disability related organizations,
partner in policy graduate and yes 4 cruises is soooo much less then
you.

Robert,

The TSA rules say that you are not required to take off the harness.
If a person chooses to do so, that is their choice. I also find it
interesting the TSA is telling folks that the dog should be wearing a
harness or vest, when the ACAA does not require this. Clearly there is
still work to be done.

Also I wouldn't call it a smart dog who realizes they are off leash and
takes advantage of the opportunity to bolt. I'd call it a problem.
I'm very glad I do off leash obedience, including off leash free running

with Monty.

Julie
