Are you allowing her free run of your home?  If so, I recommend keeping her
on leash with you or on tiedown or in a kennel at all times until you have
established a good relieving schedule.  Don't play with her and get her
wound up unless you know that she has recently emptied.  Monitor how much
water she is drinking etc.
