[nagdu] dog uran getting the shoes

Hi Nicole,

I'd say you're unfairly discriminating against male dogs. Moreover, you're potentially denying yourself the opportunity to work with some pretty stellar guides if you eliminate from your consideration roughly half of them. I'm working my third guide, and, coincidentally, my third male, and I've never had problems with marking. Yeah, you have to be careful where you put your feet, but having your dog piddle on your shoes is pretty rare, and it's only happened to me when my dog was piddling where he shouldn't have been anyway. Most of those? Totally my fault. Like waiting just a little too long to go outside. But never have had a problem with inappropriate marking.
